Achieving personal independence and liberty is important in the ongoing health and stability of a disabled individual’s life. Imagine being trapped inside your own home due to a mobility limiting injury; unable to even get a breath of fresh air without assistance. Now consider the relief that the simple gift of access to the outside world would provide.
Access is Everything is a 501(c)(3) non-profit program that provides ADA compliant aluminum ramps for disabled military service personnel. The program’s goal is to install one aluminum ramp each month to designated veterans. In addition to delivering relief to deserving individuals, these aluminum ramps also represent a green initiative and will be a large part of cost savings on future projects. Each aluminum ramp will be recycled for re-use when no longer needed at their current location and provide a national inventory for the program to build on.
