The 1970 Pontiac GTO received a few notable upgrades; mainly a reshaped front end and body creases along with some options such as a new 455 V8. Of course, “The Judge” option was still available for those who wanted the best muscle car money could buy along with a Hurst SSJ version which provided an electric sunroof and gold wheels and a VOE option which reduced back pressure and helped to increase power output.
Orbit Orange (actually a bright school bus yellow hue) became the new feature color for the 1970 Judge, but any GTO color was available – polar white, keylime green, baja gold, palladium silver, palisade green, granada gold, bermuda blue, verdoro green, palomino copper, lucerne blue, pepper green, castillian bronze, atoll blue, sierra yellow, cardinal red, mint turquoise, coronado gold, burgundy
